Bookings / Reservations

We only accept online bookings for the next day or later and reservations are always processed in Faro Airport Local Time.

For last minute Faro Airport transfers bookings please contact us directly. Please note that we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled and an urgent service tax may be applied to your final price.

In case we need to prove you are the person who made the online booking we will ask you for the booking voucher or respective Faro Airport transfer ID issued after completion of booking.

In the event of booking your transfers by telephone, your reservation is also subject to, and the client must accept, the terms and conditions described on this page.

If your Faro Airport transfer includes two or more passengers, the person purchasing the reservation shall be deemed to do so on the basis that he / she acts as an agent for both or all members of the party and accepts the service conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

Payments

Payments must always be settled prior to the vehicle’s departure.

You can pay directly to the driver on the transport day or you can pre-pay your Faro Airport transfer online using our secure online payment system.

Payments to the driver must be in cash and Euros only.

Our online payments system is provided by the secure PayPal checkout process, which allows to pay with your PayPal account or directly with credit card.

Your transfer receipt will be given by the driver.

Online payments refund policy: if you cancel your Faro Airport transfer you will be refunded within a week for the total amount paid.

Booking Amendments and Cancellations

To cancel your transfer use the cancellation link in the booking voucher that was sent to your email address and follow the instructions from there.

The automatic cancellation method previously described is only allowed until one day before the service - Faro Airport local time. To cancel a transfer on the service day we would appreciate you notify us by direct email or phone call.

To make amendments to your transfer details you must first cancel your previous reservation and then submit another booking from the website with the correct information.

Insurance and Guarantees

We are a fully licensed Faro Airport transfers company, registered in Portugal under Travel Agency License Nr. 861/97

Our company is fully insured, having all the insurance requested by the Portuguese law trough the international insurance company AXA.

Passengers and their luggage are fully insured during the transportation.

If for any reason within our control we fail to deliver the passengers to their confirmed destination, we will provide a suitable replace transportation, such as another coach, train, private car or taxi.

Any reimbursement for the costs of an alternative transportation to get to the ticketed destination shall be no more than the cost of getting to that destination by Portuguese normal public taxi.

We are not responsible for delays before or during the Faro Airport transfer caused by external reasons such abnormal weather or traffic conditions.

Passengers Ground Transportation from / to Faro Airport

We reserve ourselves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behavior is considered inappropriate by the driver.

Smoking and alcoholic drinks are not permitted in our vehicles.

We are not responsible for delays before or during the Faro Airport transfer caused by external reasons such abnormal weather or traffic conditions.

Luggage

Unless told otherwise each passenger is expected to carry no more than two standard size luggage items, including golf bags.

Any extra or special luggage must be declared at the time of booking in the "Special Remarks" field. We will not charge any extra or special luggage but do not guarantee its transport unless you previously warned us of such items.

Complaints

Complaints are only processed if they are written in the complaint report (present in all vehicles) and given to the driver.
